Hot white chocolate mocha

Yield: 2 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Chopped white chocolate
1 tablespoon Instant espresso powder
1½ cup Hot milk
1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
\N \N Cinnamon or sifted cocoa

Place the chocolate in a blender. Add the espresso powder, hot milk and vanilla. Blend until frothy.

Pour the hot chocolate into mugs an dust with cinnamon or cocoa.

*Lower Fat Version: Use low-fat milk.
