Measure | Ingredient |

½ cup | Chopped white chocolate |
1 tablespoon | Instant espresso powder |
1½ cup | Hot milk |
1 teaspoon | Pure vanilla extract |

Place the chocolate in a blender. Add the espresso powder, hot milk and vanilla. Blend until frothy.
Pour the hot chocolate into mugs an dust with cinnamon or cocoa.
*Lower Fat Version: Use low-fat milk.
