Hot potato salad #2

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 larges Potatoes
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Finely chopped onion
4 tablespoons Bacon; finely chopped
1 cup Hot water
1½ \N Beef bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon Snipped chives

Peel, cook & slice potatoes. Combine with salt, pepper & onion. Fry bacon until crispy & add to potatoes & the bouillon which has been dissolved in hot water. Add chives. Stir & serve with frankfurters.
