4 larges | Potatoes |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Pepper |
2 tablespoons | Finely chopped onion |
4 tablespoons | Bacon; finely chopped |
1 cup | Hot water |
1½ \N | Beef bouillon cubes |
1 tablespoon | Snipped chives |
Peel, cook & slice potatoes. Combine with salt, pepper & onion. Fry bacon until crispy & add to potatoes & the bouillon which has been dissolved in hot water. Add chives. Stir & serve with frankfurters.
