Yield: 8 Servings
|2 cups||Salad potatoes; boiled and cubed|
|1 can||Baby shrimps; drained|
|1 can||Crabmeat; drained|
|⅓ cup||Minced onions|
|1 cup||Diced celery|
Mix all ingredients together and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Place under broiler for a few minutes to brown the top. Serve hot.
