| 1 | pack | Instant potatoes |
| 1 | pint | Sour cream (up to) |
| 8 | Green onions; chopped | |
| 1 | cup | Fried bacon |
| Grated cheese | ||
Directions
Prepare potatoes according to directions. Put in buttered 9x13 dish. Spread sour cream on top of potatoes. Sprinkle with green onions. Add bacon; top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
