Hotdog chili

Measure Ingredient
1 \N -2 TBS chili powder
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 tablespoon Paprika
¼ teaspoon Celery salt
¼ teaspoon Curry powder
1 teaspoon Dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon Yellow mustard like Frenchs
½ pounds Meat
\N \N Onion to taste
1 cup Water

Put everything but the water in the pan mix and cook meat until light gray, not brown. add water and bring to light boil, simmer for a good while. Oops add salt pepper and about 1 tea Texas Pete.
