Hot corned beef sandwiches

Yield: 10 sandwiches

Measure Ingredient
12 ounces Corned beef
1 cup Celery; finely chopped
3 tablespoons Hot dog relish
2 tablespoons Pimiento; chopped
⅓ cup Mayonnaise
\N \N Seasoned pepper
10 \N Hamburger buns

Chop corned beef; stir in celery, relish, pimiento, and mayonnaise.

Add seasoned pepper to taste. Fill buns with mixture and put on baking sheet (place buns filled side up). Cover with foil; heat at 300 degrees about 35 minutes.
