Yield: 6 - 8 serv.
|1 can||4 oz. Brie cheese|
|2 tablespoons||Unsalted butter|
|2 tablespoons||Sliced filberts|
Remove foil from cheese and place on shallow baking dish or oven-proof plate. (An ovenproof plate than can also be used as a serving platter is best).
In small saucepan, melt butter and add filberts; cook, stirring, over medium heat until browned. Spoon nuts and butter over cheese and place in 300øF oven for about 20 minutes or until cheese is heated through.
Remove to heated round platter and surround with crackers and Melba toast.
