Brie almondine

| 1 | Brie; 17-ounce cheese wheel | |
| 3 | tablespoons | Grey poupon spicy brown mustard |
| 2 | tablespoons | Fleischmann's margarine |
| 2 | tablespoons | Dry sherry |
| 1 | tablespoon | Apricot preserves |
| ⅓ | cup | Planters sliced almonds; toasted |
| Sage sprigs for garnish | ||
| Crackers; french bread or fruit pieces | ||
Directions
On greased broiler pan, broil cheese 6 inches from heat source for 8 to 10 minutes or until soft.
In small saucepan, heat mustard, margarine, sherry and preserves to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer 1 minute. Place cheese on serving platter. Spoon mustard mixture over cheese; top with almonds and garnish with sage if desired. Serve with crackers, french bread or assorted fruit pieces.
