Horseradish marinade (for beef)

¼cupDry red wine
2tablespoonsFresh thyme; minced
2tablespoonsLow-sodium worcestershire sauce
2tablespoonsRed wine vinegar
2tablespoonsPrepared horseradish
2tablespoonsTomato paste
teaspoonFreshly ground pepper
4Cloves garlic; minced

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stire well. Use to marinate beef.

Yield: ¾ cup.
