Honey-fried chicken strips

Quantity Ingredient
2 \N Whole large chicken breast (double D's we call 'em)
¾ cup Flour
½ cup Milk
2 tablespoons Honey
1 teaspoon Lemon-pepper seasoning
teaspoon Salt
cup Parsley

Cut chicken lengthwise in one inch strips. In lg bowl mix flour, milk, honey, lemon-pepper, salt and parsley(chopped). Stir in chicken. Heat one inch canola oil to 325 over high heat (5qt pan).
