Honey-fried chicken strips

¾ | cup | Flour |
½ | cup | Milk |
2 | tablespoons | Honey |
1 | teaspoon | Lemon-pepper seasoning |
1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅓ | cup | Parsley |
Cut chicken lengthwise in one inch strips. In lg bowl mix flour, milk, honey, lemon-pepper, salt and parsley(chopped). Stir in chicken. Heat one inch canola oil to 325 over high heat (5qt pan).
