Easy fried chicken strips

4largesChicken breasts -- cut in
Strips
½cupFlour
1teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
½cupSour cream
Salt and pepper -- to taste

Directions

Mix flour, salt and pepper together. Coat chicken strips in sour cream and then in flour. Fry chicken strips until golden. Serve with mashed potatoes and Cream Gravy. Serves 4.
