Honey sesame chicken

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup All-purpose flour
¼ cup Sesame seeds
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Honey
4 \N Boneless skinless chicken breast halves; (1 1/4 lb.)
2 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil
5⅔ ounce Pkg herbed chicekn couscous mix; (Near East)
2 mediums Zucchini; in quarters lengthwise, sliced into 1/4\" pieces (2 cups)
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice

Mix flour and sesame seeds in Medium bowl; set aside. Mix mustard and honey in small bowl. Brush chicekn with mustard mixture; coat well with sesame seed mixture. Heat oil in large skillet on Medium heat. Add chicken; cook 4-5 minutes on each side or until coating is deep golden brown and chicken is no longer pink inside. Prepare couscous as directed on package, adding zucchini and lemon juice after stirring couscous into boiling liquid. Serve chicken with hot couscous mixture. Makes 4 servings.
