Yield: 1 Servings
|2||Chicken breasts, skinned, boned, and halved|
|¼ cup||Soy sauce|
|2 tablespoons||Dry sherry|
|1 teaspoon||Peeled, minced ginger root OR|
|2||To 3 cloves garlic, minced|
Place chicken in a non-metallic dish. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Turn to coat. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour, turning once, or refrigerate and marinate for several hours or overnight.
Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Grill chicken 6 to 8 minutes per side or just until done.
