Yield: 6 Servings
|3 cups||Rice, cooked|
|1 teaspoon||Grated Lemon peel|
|1 tablespoon||Lemon Juice|
Combine rice, raisins, milk, honey, and margarine. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in lemon peel and juice.
For a festive touch, put a Tbsp of Whipped cream or other topping on each serving, and top with cherry or strawberry.
