Southern-style honey rice

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Cooked rice
½ cup Roasted peanuts, chopped
¼ cup Butter
¼ cup Honey
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
¾ teaspoon Ginger
\N \N Chopped Parsley

Combine rice and peanuts. Set aside and keep warm. Combine butter and honey in a saucepan, cook over low heat just until butter melts.

Stir in cinnamon and ginger. Pour over rice, stirring well. Garnish with parsley.
