Honey oats barley bread

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Water
2 tablespoons Butter or oil
3 tablespoons Honey
2 cups Bread flour
½ cup Whole wheat flour
½ cup Uncooked oatmeal
¼ cup Oat bran
3 tablespoons Small grain barley
1 teaspoon Salt
2¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast

This is for the ABM but you can also make it by hand and bake @ 375 35 minutes. My friend tried it with whole wheat bread flour and said it was fantastic but I can't find that around here so haven't been able to try it that way.

Select [wheat] on menu, baking control [light], 1½ loaf pound setting.

Add all ingredients with liquids first, dry ingredients next (or different if your ABM uses different procedures for breadmaking).
