Yield: 2 cups
Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
¼ cup | To 1/3 cup sugar |
½ teaspoon | Dry mustard |
1 teaspoon | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | Celery seed |
⅓ cup | Honey |
⅓ cup | Vinegar |
1 tablespoon | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | Grated onion |
¾ cup | Salad oil |
1 tablespoon | Fresh chopped herbs i.e. lemon verbena, lemon balm, or mint |
Measure everything into a blender and blend. Toss over your choice of fruit. Anice combination would be blueberries, melon balls and strawberries.
NOTE: Dressing keeps refrigerated but may need to be warmed in bottle in hot water before using
