Fruit salad with honey yogurt dressing

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Plain yogurt
¼ cup Confectioners' sugar
⅓ cup Honey
1 dash Almond extract
½ teaspoon Ground ginger
½ teaspoon Ground allspice
1 pinch Ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon Chopped fresh mint
1 pint Strawberries; hulled and
\N \N ; quartered
1 small Cantaloupe; peeled and diced
1 small Pineapple; peeled and diced
1 pint Blueberries
2 \N Mangoes; peeled and diced
2 \N Papayas; peeled and diced
½ cup Toasted almonds



For the dressing, combine yogurt, confectioners' sugar, and honey in a bowl, mixing well. Add almond extract, ginger, allspice, cinnamon, and mint and mix well. Set aside while you prepare the fruit.

For the salad, place the fruit in a bowl and toss to mix. Add dressing and mix well. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve. Top with toasted almonds just before serving.
