Fruit salad w/ honey dressing

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Papaya; peeled & cubed
1 cup Cubed honeydew melon
1 cup Cubed fresh pineapple
2 \N Kiwi fruit; peeled & sliced
1 cup Strawberries; hulled & halved
\N \N Lettuce leaves
½ cup Vegetable or light olive oil
¼ cup Honey
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Ground ginger
½ teaspoon Paprika
¼ teaspoon Dry mustard

HONEY DRESSING

Honey Dressing: Combine all ingredients and blend with an electric mixer or food processor for 5 minutes or until thickened. Fruit Salad: Combine fruit (or any other seasonal fruits to equal 5 cups) with dressing and arrange on lettuce-lined salad plates.
