Honey crunch cookies

Yield: 36 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2½ cup Sifted flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Butter, softened
1 cup Honey
2 \N Eggs
1 cup Shredded coconut
1 cup Buterscotch chips
4 cups Rice Krispies

(From: Favorite Recipes from Quilters) Makes 3 dozen - OVEN 350 1. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.

2. Cream butter. Add honey slowly and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix well. Gradually add dry ingredients. Fold in coconut, butterscotch chips and Rice Krispies.

3. Drop by tablespoons onto lightly greased baking sheet.
