Chocolate crunch cookies

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Egg; lightly beaten
1 pack (18.25 oz) german chocolate cake mix
½ cup Butter; melted
1 cup Crisp rice cereal

Combine first 3 iingredients, stirring well. Wtir in cereal. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls; place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Dip a fork in flour, and flatten cookies in a crisscross pattern. Bake at 350 F. for 10-12 minutes. Let cool slightly, remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Makes 4 dozen.
