Hommous - chick pea dip

Ingredients

2cupsCooked or canned chick-peas;
cupTahini (sesame paste)
¾cupLemon juice (to taste)
2Cloves garlic
1Parsley sprigs

Directions

Place all ingredients but parsley in food processor or blender. Blend to a smooth paste. Place in a small platter or shallow bowl. If preferred, sprinkle olive oil on top and garnish with parsley sprigs and lemon wedges. Shared by Rita Taule, Prodigy ID# BTVC62A.
