2cupsInstant dry milk -- OR
cupRegular non-instant nonfat
Dry milk
1cupUnbleached flour
2teaspoonsSalt
1cupButter or margarine

Directions

Combine dry milk, flour and salt; mix well. Cut in butter or margarine until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Put in a large airtight container; label with date and contents. Store in refrigerator. Use within about 2 months.

Makes 1 quart Homemade White Sauce Mix.
