Homemade potato soup

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Potatoes; pared; cut in bite-size pieces
2 \N Leeks; washed; sliced
2 \N Onions; chopped
1 \N Carrot; scraped; sliced
1 \N Stalk celery; sliced
4 \N Chicken bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon Parsley flakes
4 cups Water
1½ teaspoon Salt
\N \N Pepper
2 tablespoons Butter
13 ounces Evaporated milk (1 can)
\N \N Chopped chives; for garnish

put all ingredients except milk and chives in crockpot. hours or high 3-4.
