\"homemade\" potato soup

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Potatoes; pared, cut in bite size pieces
2 \N Leeks; washed, pared, cut
\N \N In bite size pieces
2 \N Onions; chopped
1 \N Carrot; pared, sliced
1 \N Stalk celery; sliced
4 \N Chicken bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon Parsley flakes
4 cups Water
1½ teaspoon Salt
\N \N Pepper
2 tablespoons Butter
13 ounces Evaporated milk (1 can)
\N \N Chopped chives

Put all ingredients except milk and chives in crockpot. Cook on low 10-12 hours or high 3-4. Stir in milk in last hour. Serve topped with chives.
