½ pounds | Ground Beef |
1 pounds | Loaf French Bread |
6 ounces | Seasoned Tomato Paste |
1 teaspoon | Oregano |
2 cups | Mushrooms, sliced |
¼ cup | Italian Dressing |
½ cup | Mozzarella Cheese, shredded |
Cook meat in a skillet over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain in a colander; pat dry well with paper towels, and set aside.
Slice bread in half lengthwise; place cut sides up on a baking sheet.
Spread evenly with tomato paste; sprinklewith ½ ts oregano. Top with meat and mushrooms. Spoon dressing over mushrooms; top with cheese, and sprinkle with remaining oregano. Broil 6" from heat 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
