Herbed tomatoes and green beans

Ingredients

1pack(8 ounce) frozen cut green beans OR equiv. fresh, lightly cooked
1cupChopped tomatoes
1smallOnion, sliced, in rings
1Clove garlic, minced
¼teaspoonOregano or basil leaves, crushed

Directions

Place green bean box in Microwave to thaw or if using fresh, cook until bright green. In medium saucepan, combine beans with remaining ingredients.

Bring to a boil. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until beans are tender. Can serve topped with fresh cut parsley or basil. MC formatting by bobbi744@...

NOTES : Per serving: 30 cals., less than 1 g. fat. I added the tomatoes for only a few minutes, so they were only slightly cooked.
