Herbed potatoes and carrots

Ingredients

| 4 | mediums | Potatoes, unpeeled, cut in wedges |
| 3 | mediums | Carrots, cut in large chunks |
| ½ | cup | Miracle whip salad dressing |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dried rosemary |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dried thyme |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |

Directions
Heat oven to 450F. Boil potatoes and carrots together 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Combine with dressing, herbs, salt and pepper.
