Herbed pork chops with rice

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
1 \N Clove Garlic; Minced
1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary; Crushed
¼ teaspoon Salt
4 \N Pork Loin Chops
1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
¾ cup Converted Rice

Saute mushrooms in lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes Combine garlic, rosemary, and salt. Rub into pork chops. Brown chops whith mushrooms - 5 minutes. Stir in soup, 1 can water and rice. Simmer covered 25 minutes.
