Brown beans & rice (m_c-tx)

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Cooked brown pinto beans plus 1/2 cup bean juice |
| 2 | cups | Cooked rice |
| 1 | pounds | Hamburger, browned and drained |
| 1½ | cup | Grated cheddar cheese |
| 1 | can | Cream of mushroom soup |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| Optional: onions and green peppers, sauted and cooked with meat | ||
Directions
Mix all together. Bake at 350 about 30 minutes or until bubbly, use 2 quart dish. Serve hot with corn bread and a green salad.
