Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Kosher salt -- coarse
5 \N Garlic cloves
2 teaspoons Paprika
2 teaspoons Chili powder
1 teaspoon Turmeric
1 teaspoon Poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon White pepper -- freshly
\N \N Ground
½ teaspoon Ginger -- ground
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
½ teaspoon Celery seed
½ teaspoon Onion powder
½ teaspoon Dillweed -- dried

(Makes about ¾ cup.) Place salt in processor. With machine running, add garlic cloves and mix until minced, about 20 seconds. Transfer to bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Store in airtight jar at room temperature. Use Herb Salt to season Elephant Ear Potatoes.
