Herb shaker - salt substitute

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Stephen Ceideburg
1 tablespoon Ground cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Dried basil
1 teaspoon Dried thyme
1 teaspoon Dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon Dried savory
1 teaspoon Ground mace
1 teaspoon Onion powder
1 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Dried sage
1 teaspoon Dried marjoram

Reach for this instead of the salt shaker.

Combine all ingredients in a jar. The mix can be stored, tightly covered, in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months. Makes ¼ cup.
