Vegetable salt

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Dried carrot
1 tablespoon Dried sweet peppers
1 teaspoon Dried parsley
½ teaspoon Celery seeds
1 tablespoon Unrefined coarse salt
1 teaspoon Potassium chloride

Grind the carrots, peppers, parsley, and celery seeds until all is fine. Add the salt and grind, still at high speed, until the desired texture. When ground, add the potassium choloride (which is already ground), and mix in by blending at low speed. Store in a small jar with a tight lid.
