1 | tablespoon | Seasoned Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Garlic Powder |
2 | teaspoons | Italian Herbs |
1 | cup | Burgundy |
Directions
Place ribs, fat side up, in a shallow roasting pan. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs. Roast uncovered in a 325 F oven 2½ hours. Makes 6 servings.
