Barbecue short ribs

Ingredients

| 3 | pounds | Short ribs | 
| 1 | large | Chopped onion | 
| ¼ | cup | Vinegar | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar | 
| 1 | cup | Ketchup | 
| ½ | cup | Water | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Mustard | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt | 
| 3 | tablespoons | Worcestershire Sauce | 
Directions
In pan on stove put 2 T of oil, 1 chopped onion and ribs - brown. Transfer ribs and onions to oven proof pan. Mix remaining ingred. and add to pan.
