Health salad

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Heads of broccoli cut into florets
1 \N Head cauliflower cut into florets
8 \N Baby carrots cut into rounds
1 \N Red pepper cut into strips
1 \N Onion halved and thinly sliced
\N \N Mushrooms; (optional)
2 mediums Zuccini thinly sliced
1 can Baby corn halved; (up to 2)
¾ cup Oil or olive oil; (up to 1)
½ cup Lemon juice
½ cup Vinegar
½ cup Water
2 tablespoons Sugar
\N \N Garlic powder; pepper and salt to taste

While this does have oil, I figured someone might still be interested. I am always looking for GOOD salad recipes so if you have any please share.
