Crunchy baked ham salad

Ingredients

3cupsHam; cooked, cubed
1cupCelery; chopped
¾cupMayonnaise;
½cupOlives; pimiento-stuffed; chopped
2Eggs; hard-cooked; chopped
¼cupOnion; chopped
1tablespoonLemon juice;
teaspoonMustard; prepared
dashPepper;
1cupPotato chips; crushed

Directions

Combine first 9 ingredients; stir well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 8" square baking dish; top with potato chips. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
