Molded ham salad

Ingredients

1pack(3-oz) lemon-flavored gelatin
¼teaspoonOnion salt
1dashGround cloves
1cupBoiling water
¾cupCold water
3tablespoonsFreshly squeezed lemon juice
cupChopped boiled ham
1cupSmall raw cauliflower flowerets
½cupDiced celery
1tablespoonChopped pimiento

Directions

Dissolve gelatin, onion salt, and cloves in boiling water; add cold water and lemon juice. Chill until syrupy; add remaining ingredients. Put into a 1-quart mold; chill until firm. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
