Molded ham salad

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (3-oz) lemon-flavored gelatin
¼ teaspoon Onion salt
1 dash Ground cloves
1 cup Boiling water
¾ cup Cold water
3 tablespoons Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1½ cup Chopped boiled ham
1 cup Small raw cauliflower flowerets
½ cup Diced celery
1 tablespoon Chopped pimiento

Dissolve gelatin, onion salt, and cloves in boiling water; add cold water and lemon juice. Chill until syrupy; add remaining ingredients. Put into a 1-quart mold; chill until firm. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
