Harvest loaf bread

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Canned pumpkin puree
4 \N Eggs; beaten
1 cup Veg oil
⅔ cup Cold water
3½ cup All purpose flour
2 teaspoons Baking soda
3 cups Sugar
2 teaspoons Pumpkin pie spice
1 dash Fresh grated nutmeg
1 dash Ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Chopped walnuts
2 cups Chocolate chips

This is a delight makes 3 loaves.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour three 8 inch loaf pans.

Combine first four ingredients in a lg bowl. Mix the dry ingredients and add to the first mixture, stir well. Fold in the nuts, and chocolate chips.

Turn into the prepared pans and bake for 50 to 60 mins or until a cake tester comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 mins. Remove and cool on wire racks. This is a sweet bread which is nice for gifts.
