Ham~ egg & cheese casserole

Ingredients

| 5 | cups | Plain bread cubes or crouton |
| 1 | pounds | Ham; chopped* |
| 2 | cups | Cheddar cheese; cubed small* |
| 4 | cups | Milk ** |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper** |
| 6 | Eggs** | |
| ⅓ | cup | Corn oil** |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt** |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard** |
| ⅓ | cup | Flour** |
Directions
* Place these in the bottom of a greased 9 X 13 pan. ** Pour this mixture over crouton mixture and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300 for 1½ hours. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Cut into squares. Serves 12 to 15 (not at our house!!)
