Ham, egg and cheese casserole

5cupsPlain bread cubes or crouton
1poundsHam; chopped*
2cupsCheddar cheese; cubed small*
4cupsMilk **
¼teaspoonPepper**
6Eggs**
cupCorn oil**
1teaspoonSalt**
1teaspoonDry mustard**
C flour**

Directions

* Place these in the bottom of a greased 9 X 13 pan. ** Pour this mixture over crouton mixture and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300 for 1½ hours. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Cut into squares.
