Ham and potato casserole

| ½ | cup | HEAVY CREAM |
| 1½ | teaspoon | SALT |
| 6 | eaches | POTATOES, COOKED, SLICED |
| 3 | eaches | HARD BOILED EGGS, SLICED |
| 2 | cups | COOKED HAM, CUBED |
| 1 | cup | RITZ CRACKERS, CRUSHED |
| 2 | tablespoons | MELTED BUTTER |
| ¼ | teaspoon | ONION SALT |
Directions
COMBINE SOUR CREAM, HEAVY CREAM AND SALT IN A BOWL. LAYER ½ THE POTATOES EGGS AND HAM IN A 2 QUART CASSEROLE DISH. TOP WITH ½ THE SOUR CREAM MIX.
REPEAT WITH THE OTHER ½ INGREDIENTS. MIX CRACKERS, BUTTER AND ONION SALT AND SPRINKLE ON TOP OF THE CASSEROLE.
