Ham and cheese oven omelet

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Rich Milk |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Seasoned Salt |
| ½ | cup | Ham; Chopped |
| ½ | cup | Cheese; Shredded |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Onion; Finely Chopped |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased 1 quart casserole. Bake 40-45 minutes at 325° until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
