Halibut & peppers julienne

| 1 | Tomato, seeded and coarsely chopped | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chopped parsley |
| 1 | dash | Paprika, curry powder, and cayenne |

| ⅔ | cup | White Wine |
Directions
Description:
Partner poached steamed Halibut steaks with a colourful potpourri of peppers simmered in wine. For 4-6 Halibut steaks, freshly poached or steamed.
Instructions:
Cut peppers, onion, and celery into thin strips. Melt butter in skillet. Add prepared vegetables and all remaining ingredients, except halibut. Simmer 5 minutes. Spoon simmered vegetables and pan juices over halibut just before serving.
