Halibut with red pepper sauce

| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter; melted |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 1 | cup | Minced onion |
| 2 | Red bell pepper; cut in | |
| .. strips | ||
| 1 | pint | Tomatoes; cut up, with juice |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Red pepper |
Directions
SAUCE
*Can also use haddock, grouper or red snapper.
Preheat broiler. Season fish with salt & pepper, brush with butter and broil until opague, turning once.
Sauce:
Cook onion and pepper in butter until just softened. Add remaining ingredients; simmer about 10 minutes. Spoon over fish before serving.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
