Guava chicken

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ teaspoon Five spice
½ cup Catsup
½ cup Shoyu
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Oyster sauce
1 can (6-oz) guava concentrate
1 \N Clove crushed garlic
5 pounds Chicken thighs

Mix all ingredients and marinate overnight. Bake, fry or grill chicken until done.
