|1¼ teaspoon||Active Dry Yeast|
|2 cups||Bread Flour|
|1 cup||Whole-Wheat Flour|
|⅓ cup||Guavas; fresh|
|1 tablespoon||Butter Buds¨|
|½ tablespoon||Honey; thistle|
|1 tablespoon||Honey; cinnamon creamed|
|⅛ teaspoon||Ground Ginger|
|2 teaspoons||Wonderslim; (I use this instead of margarine)|
I put it all in the baking basket and started it.
It has a pretty good flavor but seems to lack something...not sure what.
