Guadeloupe chicken salad

¼cupSour cream
¼cupMayonnaise
¼cupFinely chopped carrot
2tablespoonsCilantro
2tablespoonsCapers; (drained)
2tablespoonsFinely chopped red bell pepper
2tablespoonsLemon juice
¼teaspoonGround cumin
¼cupFinely chopped onion
4tablespoonsTABASCO green pepper sauce
Salt to taste
1Avocado; peel, cut in wedges
Lettuce leaves
Paprika

Directions

Toss all ingredients except avocado, lettuce and paprika. Serve on lettuce leaves with avocado wedges. Sprinkle with paprika. Add more TABASCO® green sauce for spicier fare, if desired. Makes 4 servings.
