Cantaloupe with chicken salad

cupTo 2 C Fresh blueberries
1cupSliced celery
1cupSeedless green grapes,
½cupMayonnaise
¼cupSour cream
1tablespoonFresh lemon juice
teaspoonGrated lemon peel
teaspoonSugar halved
½cupSliced almonds
3Cantaloupes, halved seeded =OR=-
teaspoonSugar substitute
½teaspoonGround ginger
¼teaspoonSalt (optional)

Directions

CHICKEN

DRESSING

In a large bowl, combine chicken, blueberries, celery, grapes and almonds. In a small bowl, mix dressing ingredients. Pour over the chicken mixture and toss gently. Spoon into cantaloupe halves. Serves 6.
