| ½ | cup | Whole wheat flour |
| ⅓ | cup | Wheat germ; toasted |
| 1 | tablespoon | Orange zest; grated |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar; dark |
| 4 | tablespoons | Powdered milk |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter or margarine |
| 1¼ | cup | Water; plus 1 tb |
| ½ | cup | Fruits; dried, mixed, coarsely chopped |
Directions
Place all ingredients in machine and push start! Use raisin bread cycle if possible, adding dried fruit at the beep.
Yield: 1 loaf
